  • Step 1: Minute functions requires only one parameter, that is the cell containing date time value. Here Registration Date is present in Column J5 so the syntax will be:
                  =MINUTE(J5)

  • Step 2: Copy the cell K5 and paste the formulas to rest of the cells in the column. This will generate updated Registration Minute column for whole table.
